Pink Sweet SIX-Teen-IETH

To help my mom celebrate her SIXTIETH, or as we like to call it, Sixteenieth, we threw a GRAND surprise party!

Her FAVORITE color is PINK.  So of course EVERYTHING had to be PINK!

We even asked in the invitation (by WH Cards) for everyone to WEAR pink.

And most of them did!

Peep Wreath

I broke down and made a Peep Wreath :)

Camera Class

I have been taking a camera class in the OKC area that is AWESOME.

I took the DSLR but originally signed up for the point and shoot.
I didn't know the difference and thought I had a point and shoot.
W.R.O.N.G. I was.
My teacher filled me in after sending her a photo of my camera (that I took with my phone, he he)
The teachers are Leslie and Cindy.

Regular Delivery

So I'm a HUGE FAN of Amazon and any purchase online really.
It's NO surprise.
Especially to my neighbors :)
Here is a regular day of deliveries
(not counting the two boxes that showed up 30 minutes after I took this picture and cleared the porch!)

Now just to clarify I don't REALLY get that many daily but at least one.
It's a SAD day when we don't have a box on the porch :)

Happy Birthday, Super Hero N

Our good friend had a SUPERHERO birthday party.

You were supposed to dress as a Super Hero (at least the kids were)

So on my handy Silhouette I crafted these Super Shirts!

I'm showing you a Silhouette project I made for a dear friend
who is a HUGE Oklahoma State fan!
Maybe the BIGGEST OSU fan I know (I don't know Boone Pickens, nor do I care too.) Anyway onto the project. . . It was VERY tough for this
Sooner fan to work on this project.
(Hints the title of my blog post)
But I think it turned out well in spite of the colors.
Orange is my least favorite color and it has NOTHING to do with ANY school.

Crayon Melt Easter Eggs

So I've been busy with things that I can't post but my AWESOME photographer friend
Dawn Gilstrap has been busy also with something I CAN post!
With her permission (since she doesn't have a personal blog but DOES have a photography site)
